Armenia withdraws

It's down to 42 when Armenia - not so surprisingly - decided to withdraw after all. But why did they wait until down, after the deadline? They have to pay a large penalty but maybe that wins over national pride after all? If they fail to broadcast the show altogerher which is likely they will be banned for a year. Or two. Or three. Something like that. You rule book nerds know better. Shame
