CHRISTIAN LOUBOUTIN HEADS BACK TO COURT OVER ITS RED SOLES

Christian Louboutin has headed back to court to protect his famous red soles. The designer battled Yves Saint Laurent over the issue in 2012 and currently holds the valid US trademark.
According Fashion Law reports Christian Louboutin is now headed to Court of Justice of European Union to ensure European brands also adhere to the guidelines.
